Assistant Theatre Director
Northside ISD (Northwest San Antonio) has an immediate opening for the Technical Theatre Director at Harlan HS. They are responsible for providing students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical and social growth while teaching Technical Theatre I-IV.
Duties also include, UIL OAP Theatrical Design Supervisor, assist in the design and execution of black box and mainstage performances, Rising Stars Summer Theatre Camp (includes additional stipend), Harlan HS Theatre Camp, and involvement in district initiatives throughout the year.
Appropriate theatre teaching certification on file with SBEC/Texas Education Agency is required.
Preferred knowledge and experience with an ETC Eos light board, Yamaha CL5 Digital Mixing Console, 16 Channel Wireless Mic System, Hydraulic Pit, and an automated full fly system.
